Pre Purchase
provide flight information and hotel reservations;
give detailed information about Side and the surrounding region; 
provide full information about the procedures involved in buying in Turkey;
take a full brief from you and locate suitable properties;
arrange viewing appointments for you;
accompany you to all property viewings;
conduct negotiations on your behalf with the sellers.
During Purchase
draft contracts in clear English;
arrange appointments and accompany you to English speaking solicitors;
arrange Power of Attorney, if necessary;
obtain a tax number for you and assist you with opening a bank account;
ensure the documentation is processed so that title deeds are correctly registered in your name.
We can complete all the purchase documentation, the signing of the contracts and the obtaining of the Power of Attorney, within a couple of hours of you deciding on a property that you wish to purchase. After Sales Services
Once you are the owner of your property we are here to give you all the assistance you might need, this includes:
Bills
Following completion, we will arrange for the property's utilities to be registered in your name (water, electric, council tax, etc).
Home Furnishing
We can take you to furniture and appliances shops in the area, or alternatively you can give us a brief and a budget and we can furnish and equip the property on your behalf.
Advisory Services
We can assist with applying for a residence visa, advise on setting up direct debits and bill payments, and assist with healthcare and insurances. We have information packs about the locality.
We aim to offer you a truly personalised service which is tailored to your specific requirements. Costs will be assessed on many factors (frequency, size of property, etc.) and we will provide you with a written quotation. If there is anything that you need that is not detailed here, just ask and we will do our best to assist you in any way that we can.
Property Maintenance - for complete complex or individual, stand-alone properties
garden and pool maintenance;
cleaning and maintenance of communal areas;

Property Management
If you purchase property here as an investment or to obtain rental income, we can provide a full Property Management Service for when you are not in residence:
key holding for your guests and/or for emergency purposes;
property inspections;
general maintenance and upkeep of property - repairs undertaken up to a monetary limit set by you;
organise payment of utility bills and annual taxes;

DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT
We are here to help you purchase land and, with the aid of our architects, design your property. Once a plan has been agreed we will obtain all the necessary permits and planning permissions. We will acquire tenders from only tried and trusted builders who have a proven reputation for quality build and finish. We will closely monitor the progress of the build - attending site visits, liaising with the project manager and reporting regularly back to you with updates and photographs.
